The Marketing & Public Relations Department at Âé¶¹´«Ã½ College supports the college’s mission by leading strategic communications that promote awareness, engagement, and institutional pride. Through collaboration with departments, programs, and community partners, we deliver integrated marketing campaigns, cohesive branding, media coordination, event promotion, and publication development — ensuring every message reflects the values and identity of CBC. 
Our Services and Guidelines

All public and media-facing requests must be coordinated through the Marketing Department to ensure consistent, accurate messaging.

This includes:

  • Requests for interviews, comments, or expert sources

  • Media access to CBC campuses or events

  • Use of CBC logos, photos, or video in press content

  • Official college statements or press releases

CBC-branded templates and logo files are available to employees in the Cougar Den under the Marketing & PR section of the Employee Cougar Support Center.

Logo Requests from External Organizations

Outside organizations, media outlets, and vendors may request official CBC logos for use in approved publications, event materials, or partnerships.

To request a logo, please include:

  • Your name and organization

  • Intended use (e.g., flyer, press release, signage)

  • File format needed (PNG, EPS, etc.)

  • Requested deadline

Logo use must align with the Âé¶¹´«Ã½ College Graphic Standards & Branding Guidelines. Improper use (e.g., stretching, recoloring, or cropping) is not permitted.

The Marketing Department provides design support for print-ready materials that promote CBC programs, services, and events. This includes flyers, brochures, postcards, banners, signage, and other outreach materials.

Internal Requests (CBC Employees):
All internal print and promotional material requests must be submitted through the KACE work order system. Requests may also require additional approval from appropriate department leadership, depending on the scope of the project. Please enter your printing request  

Please include the following in your KACE request:

  • Type of material (e.g., flyer, brochure, banner)

  • Target audience and distribution method

  • Event date or key deadlines

  • Any draft content, images, or branding needs

  • Desired print quantities (if applicable)

Please allow a minimum of three days to ensure sufficient production scheduling.

External Vendors & Partners:
All print or promotional materials using the CBC name, logo, or branding must be reviewed and approved by the Marketing Department prior to printing or distribution.
